We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and the hygiene liner intact. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the items meet the following criteria:
- Pristine Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents, makeup, or deodorant marks.
- Intact Packaging: All original tags and the protective hygiene liner must be firmly attached in their original position.
- Individual Assessment: Because our pieces are sold as "Separates," each item is inspected individually. If one piece of a set is returned in an unacceptable condition, only the qualifying piece will be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of our clientele, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items with a removed or tampered hygiene liner.
- Garments showing any signs of wear or damage.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

- Inspection: Once your return arrives at our studio, it will undergo a thorough quality control inspection.
- Processing: Upon approval, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Costs
- If you find you are between sizes or require a different silhouette, we recommend placing a new order for the desired size to ensure immediate availability and then returning your original item for a refund.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. International Shipping (Global)
We ship to most international destinations via FedEX, UPS, USPS, DHL Express..
- Delivery Timeline: International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
- Duties & Taxes: Please note that AJA Swimline does not cover international customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are often collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
- Currency: All transactions and shipping costs are processed in USD.
4. Delivery & Risk
- Address Accuracy: We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: AJA Swimline is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or utilizing our "Signature Required" option.
- P.O. Boxes: For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
5. Uncollected Packages
If an international package is refused or uncollected due to unpaid customs duties, the cost of return shipping and any associated fees will be deducted from your final refund.
