Welcome to AJA Swimline. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. 


1. Professional Use & Accuracy

All content on this site is the property of AJA Swimline. We strive for maximum accuracy in our product imagery and descriptions; however, due to variations in digital displays, we cannot guarantee that the color or texture on your screen will perfectly match the physical garment. 



2. "True Luxury Fit" & Sizing Responsibility

AJA Swimline provides a detailed Size Guide to assist in your selection. As we do not utilize "vanity sizing," it is the customer’s responsibility to review their measurements against our charts before purchasing. Our recommendations (such as "Sizing Up") are guidance-based and do not guarantee a bespoke fit for every body type.



3. Orders & Payment

  • Availability: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. In the event an item is out of stock after an order is placed, you will be notified and refunded immediately.
  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • Payment: We accept major credit cards and secure digital payments. By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you.


4. Shipping & Delivery

AJA Swimline is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal strikes, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. 



5. Returns & Exchanges (Hygiene Policy)

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, returns are subject to strict quality control:

  • Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
  • Any garment returned with signs of wear, scents, or missing liners will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Separates: Each piece of a set is treated as an individual item for return purposes.


6. Limitation of Liability

AJA Swimline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.


7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AJA Swimline is registered.
